Celebrating 300 years of French in New Orleans
We invite you to celebrate the start of the business year with us Wednesday, March 14 at the 2018 FACC-GC Annual Dinner. This year’s event will take place at the Palace Cafe. It will begin at 5 p.m. with networking and cocktails, followed by a presentation by Vincent Sciama, the Consul General of France in Louisiana at 5:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a fabulous, three-course French dinner prepared by award-winning chef, Rene Bajeux.
We will also present our two annual awards. The FACC-GC Distinguished Member Award will be given to a well-deserving individual and/or company that has demonstrated outstanding service and promotion of French trade and investment in the Gulf Coast region. The FACC-GC Donald A. Hoffman Scholarship —a $1,000 scholarship awarded in partnership with the Consulate General of France in New Orleans and The French Institute—will also be presented to a deserving Louisiana individual (18 to 25 years of age), providing them an opportunity to travel to France to partake in an educational experience related to francophone affairs.
We hope to see you there!
